Grown high in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, our Bali Blue is a rare and extraordinary coffee from one of Indonesia's most celebrated growing regions. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers at 1,200–1,600 meters in mineral-rich volcanic loam soil, the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties develop a depth and complexity that is simply unlike anything else in our lineup. Each cherry is hand picked at peak ripeness, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds — a meticulous, time-honored process that coaxes out every layer of this coffee's remarkable character. Roasted to a perfect medium-dark, expect rich dark chocolate and sweet molasses up front, with a warm, lingering finish of brown sugar that stays with you long after the last sip.
