Sourced from passionate smallholder farmers in the lush highlands of Medellín, Antioquia, this medium roast is a masterclass in balance and complexity. Grown at 1,300–1,500 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, the Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties flourish in one of the world's most ideal coffee climates, developing a layered, fruit-forward character that is distinctly and beautifully Colombian. Each cherry is fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers — a thoughtful process that shields the beans from rain and ensures a consistently clean, vibrant cup from bag to bag. Expect a bright, expressive profile of dried orange and ripe berry, grounded by a smooth, satisfying finish of dark chocolate. Bold enough to intrigue, refined enough to sip slowly.
