Grown at 1,300–1,445 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, the Caturra and Catuai varieties thrive in Alajuela's ideal climate, developing a natural complexity and delicate sweetness that is rare and remarkable. Each cherry is eco-pulped and sun dried — a environmentally conscious process that preserves the bean's vibrant character while honoring Costa Rica's deep commitment to sustainability.
