Sourced from over 1,500 dedicated grower members of Café Orgánico Marcala, one of Honduras's most respected cooperatives, this medium-dark roast reflects the collective care and expertise of a farming community deeply committed to quality and sustainability. Grown at 1,300–1,700 meters in the highland clay mineral soils of Marcala, La Paz, the Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties develop a natural depth and sweetness that is unmistakably Honduran. Each cherry is fully washed and sun dried — a process that produces the clean, vibrant clarity that lets this coffee's true character shine through. Expect a cup layered with smooth caramel, a whisper of warm spice, and a lingering sweetness of brown sugar that makes every sip feel like a reward. This is Central American coffee at its very finest.
