Sourced from the renowned growing region of Othaya in Nyeri County, widely regarded as the epicenter of Kenyan specialty coffee, this is a cup that embodies everything that makes East African coffee so electrifying. Grown at 1,700–1,890 meters in Nyeri's legendary highland terroir, the SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties — some of the most celebrated and sought-after cultivars in all of specialty coffee — thrive in the cool mountain air, developing a natural complexity and intensity that is simply extraordinary. Each cherry is fully washed and carefully dried on raised beds, a meticulous process that preserves the bean's stunning clarity and allows every layer of flavor to shine with precision and brilliance. Expect a cup that is bright, effervescent, and impossibly alive — a sparkling acidity that dances on the palate, vivid notes of orange and lemon zest, and an intoxicating floral bouquet that lingers beautifully long after the last sip.
