Warm, inviting, and full of character — our Mexico single origin is a coffee that tells the story of two of the country's most treasured growing regions. Sourced from dedicated coffee growers across the sun-drenched highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast brings together the rich agricultural heritage and natural diversity that makes Mexican coffee so uniquely compelling. Grown at 900–1,000 meters in clay mineral soils, the Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties each contribute their own distinct personality to a cup that is beautifully layered and endlessly approachable. Each cherry is fully washed and sun dried — a time-honored process that produces the clean, bright clarity this coffee is known for. Expect a smooth, medium-bodied cup with the comforting warmth of chocolate and cinnamon, lifted by a crisp, refreshing finish of green apple. Familiar yet complex, simple yet deeply satisfying.
