Our Nicaragua single origin is a coffee that reveals itself slowly and rewards every sip. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the verdant hills of Molino Norte, Matagalpa, this medium roast captures the vibrant agricultural spirit of one of Central America's most exciting and fast-rising coffee origins. Grown across a remarkable altitude range of 900–1,590 meters in clay mineral soils, the Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties each bring their own distinct character to a cup that is beautifully layered and endlessly nuanced. Each cherry is fully washed, carefully fermented for 12–14 hours to develop depth and complexity, then dried on both patios and raised beds — a meticulous, multi-step process that produces the clean, vibrant clarity this coffee is celebrated for.
