This medium roast reflects the collective pride and expertise of the farming communities of Piura and Amazonas — two of Peru's most promising and celebrated growing regions. Grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soils, the Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties thrive in the Andean highland climate, developing a natural sweetness and refined complexity that is distinctly Peruvian. Each cherry is gully washed and sun dried — a careful, unhurried process that preserves the bean's luminous clarity and allows its most delicate flavors to shine. Expect a beautifully smooth and balanced cup — the indulgent warmth of salted caramel, a silky, sweet body that coats the palate, and a bright, lively finish of citrus that keeps every sip feeling fresh and alive.
