Grown at elevations between 1,100 and 1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soils, the Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties are carefully cultivated by the growers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino — a cooperative with a deep commitment to quality and sustainable farming practices. Each cherry is gully washed and sun dried, a process that produces the clean, luminous clarity this coffee is known for. The result is a silky, medium roast that is as elegant as it is inviting — salted caramel sweetness woven through a smooth, silky body, with a bright lift of citrus that keeps every sip feeling alive and balanced.
