Sourced from the dedicated growers of Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino across the Andean highlands of Piura and Amazonas, the Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties are grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soils, gully washed and sun dried to preserve their natural clarity and sweetness. What makes this decaf truly special is how it's decaffeinated — using the Swiss Water Process, a completely chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine while carefully preserving the bean's full flavor profile. The result is a beautifully smooth and balanced medium roast with the warm indulgence of caramel, a silky, clean body, and a bright, refreshing finish of citrus.
