Grown at 1,100–1,600 meters, the Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varieties thrive in Sumatra's uniquely humid highland climate, developing a richness and intensity that is unlike anything produced anywhere else on earth. Each lot is processed using Giling Basah — the traditional Indonesian wet-hulling method — a one-of-a-kind technique that produces Sumatra's signature syrupy, full body and deeply earthy character that coffee lovers around the world seek out and celebrate.
