Sourced from the breathtaking highlands of Sipi, nestled in the Kapchorwa District on the slopes of Mount Elgon, this is a coffee grown at some of the most dramatic altitudes in our entire lineup — 1,500 to 2,500 meters — where the cool mountain air, misty mornings, and rich soils create the perfect conditions for something truly special. The Bourbon-derived SL14 and SL28 varieties, alongside the storied Blue Mountain, are among the most refined and revered cultivars in specialty coffee, and in Sipi's extraordinary highland terroir they produce a bean of rare delicacy and natural beauty. Each cherry is fully washed and sun dried — a careful, unhurried process that preserves the bean's pristine clarity and allows its most nuanced flavors to emerge with grace.
